This exclusive grappa comes from an accurate selection of the pomace of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella dried grapes, primarily used for the production of the great Amarone della Valpolicella.
It is processed in small quantities of fresh pomace, allowing a greater extraction of aromas and flavours.
Unique and inimitable for the complexity of the bouquet and the natural smoothness, enhanced by the aging in prestigious oak barrels for at least 5 years.
