Everyday wine to enjoy at any time of the day. Its history is an integral part of Valpolicella wines: from Arusnati, who cultivated the vine as early as the seventh century A.D, to the Romans who made a great contribution to Valpolicella winemaking. The name’s origin theory states that the name “Valpolicella” would come from the Latin Vallis polis cellae (valley from a multitude of wineries), thus it confirms the important value attributed to the Valpolicella enology.
Valpolicella Classico wine comes from hand-sorted grapes and it is put on sale only after a proper refining in wine steel tanks, where it gains the right balance that makes it soft, harmonious and enjoyable.
